Growing up, I honestly never imagined I’d end up in aesthetics. My story doesn’t start with a childhood dream or a sparkly moment of revelation. It began later in life, when I realized two things: I love helping people feel powerful and elevated in their own skin, and I thrive in environments where precision, artistry, and human connection all collide. Aesthetics is one of the few fields where those worlds meet. Once I stepped into it, I never stepped back.

Before becoming an injector, I spent years as a Physician Assistant in emergency medicine, where I learned the real meaning of responsibility. You learn to read people, to listen, and to handle their fears with respect. That foundation shaped the injector I became: someone who doesn’t take shortcuts, doesn’t chase trends, and doesn’t touch a syringe until I fully understand the person in front of me.

Building Millefiori with my husband, Kyle, taught me how much a well-run practice can change lives. Building the Fiori Aesthetic Institute is my way of paying that forward. I’ve met too many talented nurses and medical professionals who want to enter this field but are taught either cookie-cutter techniques or outdated information. Worse, they’re taught without heart. A procedure might take 10 minutes, but a reputation takes years. I created this program because new injectors deserve training that respects both the science and the soul of this profession.

My teaching style will prepare you for the real-world of injections. Every lesson is built from experiences I’ve actually lived throughout the last 13 years of injecting: the tough patients, the unexpected complications, the subtle corrections that make the difference between good and exceptional. I show the mistakes I’ve made, the lessons I’ve earned, and the practical things I wish someone had told me when I started. My goal is simple: to create injectors who feel confident, safe, and competent on day one.

If you learn from me, you’re not just memorizing injection points. You’re learning how to think critically like an injector. You are learning how to practice a new form of medicine. How to assess. How to communicate. How to make decisions that protect your patients and your integrity. You’ll leave with skills, but also standards.

People often ask why I care so much about training. The truth is, aesthetics changed my life. It gave me a career that challenges me, inspires me, and allows me to make people feel beautiful in ways that matter. Helping future injectors step into that same power feels like the most natural next step.
